This Pilot Program Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions for participating in the Funnel Automation Pro Pilot Program (the “Program”), offered by Nine Dragons Group, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).By participating in the Program, you (“Client,” “you,” or “participant”) agree to all terms below.1. Program InclusionsAs part of the FREE Pilot Program, the Company will provide:Custom AI chatbot setupBooking/calendar integrationBasic email follow-up automation30 days of support during the pilot periodSystem adjustments and optimization as needed during the testing windowThis constitutes the complete scope of the Pilot Program unless otherwise agreed in writing.2. Cost & EligibilityThe pilot setup is provided at no cost to approved participants.Participation is limited and not guaranteed; approval is based on fit, availability, and Program capacity.The Company reserves the right to accept or decline participants at its discretion.No payments, invoices, or refunds apply to this Program.3. Client Participation RequirementsTo participate in the Pilot Program, you agree to:Provide honest usage feedback or a brief testimonial within 30 daysShare your website, landing page, or social link publicly at least once to ensure the system can be tested with real trafficRespond promptly to communication so setup can be completedProvide accurate business information needed for system configurationUse the automation system in good faith for the duration of the pilotFailure to participate actively may result in removal from the Program.4. Performance & ExpectationsYou understand and acknowledge:System performance depends on your traffic, offer, audience, and engagementThe Pilot Program is intended for evaluation, refinement, and data gatheringThis Program is not a marketing, ad, or traffic serviceThe Company makes no guarantees regarding leads, bookings, revenue, or financial outcomesYour cooperation directly affects the success of the system during the test period5. Support WindowSupport includes:30 days of technical support beginning once your system is delivered or activatedTroubleshooting, optimization, and minor adjustments related to the pilot deliverablesSupport does not include:Custom development outside the pilot scopeTraffic generation or advertisingOngoing management beyond the pilot windowAdditional services may require an upgrade or paid plan after the pilot ends.6. Ownership & Usage RightsAll tools, automation workflows, scripts, and assets created during the pilot remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.You are granted permission to use the system for your business during and after the pilot.Redistribution, copying, reselling, white-labeling, or repackaging is prohibited without written approval.7. TerminationThe Company may remove a participant from the Program if:Required information or communication is not providedThe participant becomes unresponsiveThe participant violates Program termsFraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate behavior occursSince the Program is free, no compensation, refunds, or credits apply.8. Agreement & AcceptanceBy checking the acknowledgment boxes and submitting your form, you confirm that you:Have read and agree to this Pilot Program AgreementUnderstand the Program is free, limited, and for testing purposesAre legally authorized to enter into this AgreementNine Dragons Group, LLC
